After you book: company details and pickup

Before a booking is confirmed you see "Verified rental company", the city and an approximate pickup area. Every company on Karaj is licensed and checked before its cars go live.

As soon as the company confirms your booking, the trip in My trips shows its name, phone number and the exact pickup spot, with directions. You can message the company from the trip.

If you chose delivery, the trip shows your delivery address instead of the pickup spot.

A request the company declines, or that expires, never shares these details.

بعد الحجز: بيانات الشركة والاستلام

قبل تأكيد الحجز ترى «شركة تأجير موثّقة» والمدينة ومنطقة استلام تقريبية. كل شركة على كراج مرخّصة ويُتحقق منها قبل أن تظهر سياراتها.

بمجرد أن تؤكد الشركة حجزك، تُظهر الرحلة في رحلاتي اسمها ورقم هاتفها ومكان الاستلام بالضبط مع الاتجاهات. ويمكنك مراسلة الشركة من الرحلة.

إذا اخترت التوصيل، تُظهر الرحلة عنوان التوصيل بدلاً من مكان الاستلام.

الطلب الذي ترفضه الشركة أو تنتهي مهلته لا يكشف هذه البيانات أبداً.
