How the deposit works
The deposit is a hold on your card, not a charge. Its amount is shown on the car page and when you book.
The hold is placed at pickup and released 48 hours after you return the car, if there is no claim. Your bank may take a few days to show it gone.
If the company files a claim in those 48 hours, the deposit stays held while Karaj Support reviews it with evidence from both sides. Nothing is taken unless Karaj decides an amount, and a manager approves every decision. The rest is released.
On a long or extended trip, the hold may be renewed so it lasts until 48 hours after your return.
