What to bring at pickup
Bring:
• Your driving licence, held for at least 1 year.
• Your passport or national ID.
• The card you paid with.
The minimum age on Karaj is 21 on the pickup date. Some cars need 23, 25 or 30: the car page shows it before you book, and you can't book a car you're too young for.
The name on your licence must match your Karaj profile. The company checks your licence and ID at pickup; if the driver doesn't meet the car's rules, it can't hand over the car.
Additional drivers follow the same rules and bring their own licence.
