Questions

Can I cancel for free?

Yes. Within 1 hour of paying you always get a full refund. After that the company's cancellation policy applies; it is shown on every car before you book.

When do I see the company and pickup location?

As soon as the company confirms your booking. You then get its name, phone and the exact pickup spot in Trips.

When is the deposit charged?

It isn't charged. The deposit is a hold on your card, released after you return the car.

What do I need to bring?

Your driving licence, passport or ID, and an international driving permit if your licence is from another country.

Can the car be delivered to me?

Some companies deliver. Use the delivery filter when you search; each car page shows where it can be delivered and the fee.

What if something goes wrong on my trip?

استأجر سيارة من شركة مرخّصة، في ثلاث خطوات بسيطة

1. ابحث: ابحث حسب المدينة والتواريخ. قارن الأسعار اليومية الحقيقية والتقييمات والشارات، وصفِّ حسب المقاعد أو التوصيل أو الحجز الفوري.
2. احجز: ادفع بأمان على كراج. الحجز الفوري يتأكّد مباشرة؛ أما السيارات الأخرى فتؤكّدها الشركة.
3. انطلق: بعد التأكيد تحصل على اسم الشركة ورقم هاتفها وموقع الاستلام الدقيق. أظهر رخصتك وهويتك، ثم انطلق، وأعد السيارة، وقيّم رحلتك.

هل يمكنني الإلغاء مجانًا؟

نعم. خلال ساعة من الدفع تسترد المبلغ كاملًا دائمًا. بعد ذلك تُطبّق سياسة الإلغاء الخاصة بالشركة، وتظهر على كل سيارة قبل الحجز.

متى أرى الشركة وموقع الاستلام؟

فور تأكيد الشركة لحجزك. عندها تجد اسمها ورقم هاتفها وموقع الاستلام الدقيق في رحلاتي.

متى يُخصم التأمين؟

لا يُخصم. التأمين حجزٌ على بطاقتك، ويُفرج عنه بعد إرجاع السيارة.

ماذا أحتاج أن أُحضر؟

رخصة القيادة، وجواز السفر أو الهوية، ورخصة قيادة دولية إذا كانت رخصتك من بلد آخر.

هل يمكن توصيل السيارة إليّ؟

بعض الشركات توصّل السيارات. استخدم فلتر التوصيل عند البحث؛ وتعرض صفحة كل سيارة أماكن التوصيل ورسومه.

ماذا لو حدثت مشكلة خلال رحلتي؟

راسل الشركة من التطبيق. وإذا احتجت مساعدة إضافية، تواصل مع دعم كراج من صفحة المساعدة.
